I qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1988. I have been involved with residential property since that time.

I have been in private practice since 2013.

I commenced my property career in Central London and have always worked in the London area.

From 2002 to 2013 I was the Regional Director for e.surv Chartered Surveyors. I managed over 50 Chartered Surveyors who covered property within the M25 area. My responsibilities included auditing, training and client liaison.
